What we don’t realize is that what contributes the most to office happiness might be sitting just next to you.

Working in a friendly atmosphere helps reduce stress level linked to the job for 55% of the respondents. It turns out that most of us spend as much time, if not more with our co-workers than with our family members or friends outside the office.
Employers are becoming more aware of the importance of health and well-being of their employees. They are reinventing the workplace, to create a positive work experience for each worker. These adjustments contributes to the business's productivity as it reduces the risk of burnout and thus turnover.
It is proven that happy employees contribute to the company efficiency as a whole. Hours at the office may be long, days off can remain unused, but at least you get to spend your days with your best work buddies, who help you get the job done.
