Shopping centre manager job description

A Shopping Centre Manager is a professional responsible for the overall operation, efficiency, profitability and direction of a shopping centre. Their duties include managing the daily operations of the centre, liaising with store managers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing maintenance, security and health and safety regulations. They are also tasked with driving sales, developing innovative promotional strategies, and coordinating with tenants regarding lease agreements. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused approach are essential for this role.
