Sales executive job description

A Sales Executive is a professional responsible for identifying new business opportunities, securing client accounts, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Their key duties include the presentation and selling of products or services, negotiation of contracts, and the achievement of sales targets. They utilise their expertise in communication, negotiation and relationship building to foster and nurture long-term relationships with clients. Successful Sales Executives are proactive, have excellent interpersonal skills and are driven by targets. They typically possess a strong understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour.
