A Property Photographer is a professional who specialises in capturing high-quality, engaging images of properties for sale or rent. Their role involves working closely with estate agents and property owners to showcase homes, commercial spaces, and lands in the best light possible. They utilise a range of photographic techniques, equipment, and software to create visually appealing images that can attract potential buyers or tenants. Expertise in interior and exterior photography, understanding of lighting and composition, and ability to create virtual tours or 3D images are often required.
