As an Ocado driver, your primary role is to ensure the prompt, safe and efficient delivery of groceries and other goods to customers' homes. Your day-to-day tasks include loading the delivery vehicle according to a pre-planned route, driving safely and efficiently to each customer's location, unloading the groceries, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for managing paperwork associated with each delivery, including signatures and delivery confirmations. This role requires a valid driving license, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle physical work.
