Key Responsibilities:

* External Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other relevant stakeholders.
* Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes and implement innovative sourcing strategies.
* Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to measure recruitment performance and inform strategic decision-making.
* Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
* Talent Acquisition Strategy: Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
