What’s involved?
As a live in Sous Chef you will assist the Head Chef to select dishes which reflect the local area and help local suppliers. Responsibilities will also include;
7. Ensuring all kitchen operations and activities are carried out in full compliance with the Head Chef’s instructions.
8. You will work in conjunction with other Chefs, providing clear and consistent direction to the wider team.
9. You are expected to effectively manage your team in the absence of the Head Chef.
10. A minimum of 1 years’ experience working within a similar role
11. An extensive array of culinary skills knowledge, experience and the confidence.
