OA is seeking a Junior Sales Executive to become an integral part of our client's thriving team.

This is a programme looking for someone who is confident in dealing with customers, delivering a great service and building long lasting relationships within the software industry.
Location: Watford
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm. Office based.

Junior Sales Executive - Responsibilities:
* You will be responsible for uncovering new business for yourself and the company and converting these into long-standing relationships.
* You will be picking up the phone and making between 80-100 calls per day, speaking to as many people as possible.
* You will be social selling using your premium LinkedIn account.
* You will be targeted with securing new business and building relationships.
* You will retain any new accounts and as your business grows the focus will shift more onto account and relationship management.
* Responsible for your own purchasing and negotiations with suppliers and manufacturers.
Junior Sales Executive - Skills and Experience:
* Well-presented and confident
* No prior knowledge in sales or the IT industry is needed
* Possess strong communication skills and the ability to interact with a wide range of people
* Someone that can come in and hit the ground running, having confidence to pick up the phones and uncover new business for the company and yourself is essential
* Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of customers
* Able to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers whilst gaining their trust and respect
* Constantly innovating and trying to improve products and services with the information you get from your customers
