Salary: Up to £45,000 (achieved through base salary and commission)

The role…
Our Sales Executives are really important to us. You will be responsible for growing the business by communicating with existing customers of Radius about our business Mastercard (Velos) solution.
You will utilise inbound and outbound calls to generate sales and support our customers through the sales process.

What would your day look like?
* Contact existing Radius fuel card customers to inform them about our business Mastercard - 'Velos', explaining to them how Velos can benefit their business
* Supporting customers through the sales process from credit applications, and activations - helping them to get up and running with their product
* Maintaining a positive relationship between Radius and our customers
* Drive conversation to understand customer requirements, potential issues, wants and needs
* Work towards achievable sales targets and be financially rewarded to support the ongoing growth of this fast-growing division
What will you be selling?
The Velos card is a business expenses solution which works seamlessly with our other products and services, most notably our fuel cards. We have built Velos to enable customers to manage their cards and expenditure from a single account. Customers can choose what expenditure they wish to permit, order and cancel cards, manage reporting as well as combine with their existing direct debit – it’s that easy. With the card being backed by Mastercard – it is accepted worldwide, making it the perfect partner for our fuel cards.
What do we expect of you?
* Previous experience in a sales environment where you've had to work to sales targets
* Good communication skills and confident telephone manner
* Driven approach to meet and exceed expectations of our customers and reach your targets
* Display agility to be flexible and open to customer feedback and new ways of working
