* Running a section in the kitchen and ensuring your team works together seamlessly.
* Leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef.
* Supporting food ordering, preparation, and stock control.
* Mastering the art of working with a branded menu.
* Managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team confidently.
* Ensuring health and hygiene regulations are followed by your team.
