An exciting opportunity for a Car Sales Executive / Van Sales Executive within the Bridgend area has arisen for our Motor Trade Client. Working within a dual-franchise approved dealership, the successful Car Sales Executive / Van Sales Executive will be representing a volume Automotive Brand and will be well versed in providing exceptional levels of customer service. Benefits: Starting basic salary of £18,000 per annum, pending experience. Generous uncapped on-target-earning of up to £40,000 per annum based on sales performance. Access to a personal company car. 20 days annual holiday allowance plus bank holidays (any bank holidays worked, you gain a day off in lieu to compensate for it). Full manufacturer-approved training. Working hours are on a 5-day average working week, with 1 full weekend off a month Duties: Maintaining an outstanding product knowledge of the vehicles you are selling Ensuring that you are providing an excellent level of customer service Carrying out Vehicle Demonstrations and Test Drives Meeting Vehicle Sales Targets Advising on and upselling on finance, insurance and accessories.For your hard work as a Car Sales Executive / Van Sales Executive for our client you can expect to earn an OTE of £40,000 per annum.
