Service Desk Analyst – 4 Month Contract – Nottingham – Inside IR35
VIQU has partnered with an organisation based in Nottingham, who are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to provide 1st and 2nd Line BAU Support.
The successful Service Desk Analyst will join a busy team, providing both remote and onsite support to a large user base.
Role responsibilities for the Service Desk Analyst:
* Provide 1st and 2nd Line support on the Service Desk
* Troubleshooting and solving hardware & software issues, escalating where necessary
* Provide excellent customer service both remotely and deskside
Key Skills and experience:
* Experience as a Service Desk Analyst / within 1st and 2nd Line Support
* Windows 10 / 11 Administration and Support
* Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Exchange, OneDrive
* Experience with Active Directory
* Microsoft Intune would be beneficial
* Excellent diagnostic and resolution skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Working knowledge of ITIL
