HEAD CHEFWhere are you?Location: NorthamptonEnvironment: Pub / B&BRota: 5 out of 7 days, 45hrs per weekHours: Between 11am and close, finish early on a SundaySalary: £38000-£40000 per annum depending on experienceTeam: Sous Chef, 2-3 CDPs, 2 KPs, 1 GMBenefits and perks:28 days annual leave, pension, meal on duty, company discounts, flexibility, onsite parking, no micromanagement, overtime, bonus – to be discussed at interview.Applicants:Must be a natural leader and motivatorShould be a driver with access to reliable vehicle due to venue locationShall have fresh produce experienceWill be up to date on allergens and food safety standardsMight be a Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef in a similar working environmentMay be able to provide evidence of up-to-date Food Safety and Hygiene certificationCould create and develop menus to include specialsCan budget and cost control, minimising food wasteShall be professional, presentable, adaptable, flexible and approachableYou will be required to register with Interaction Recruitment prior to deployment, we will conduct an interview with you to determine suitability for the role.Our Catering and Hospitality division at Interaction Recruitment in Northampton recruit temporary and permanent staff.
