Manage a team of 30 in a large-volume food production kitchen, ensuring high-quality meals and adherence to food hygiene and health and safety standards.
Duties:
* Lead a busy industrial kitchen or production kitchen team.
* Manage a large kitchen brigade of 20+ team members.
* Ensure HAACP, COSHH, and RIDDOR standards are followed.
* Monitor P&L budget and GP.
* Assist with company growth.
Requirements:
* Experience in leading a kitchen team.
* Knowledge of HAACP, COSHH, and RIDDOR.
* Strong administrative kitchen background.
* Flexibility to work 8am-4pm (negotiable).
Desirable: SALSA or BRC standards experience, catering production company or airport catering management experience.
