Our client, an in-house manufacturer of sustainable homes, is currently looking for a Sales Executive on a fixed-term contract.
The full-time hours for this role are 37.5 hours per week over 5 days, Monday to Friday; however, there is the opportunity for part-time hours with a variety of options which could be considered. Part-time hours could include shorter working days or fewer days each week. This role is a temporary position to cover maternity leave.
Your Responsibilities
1. Actively qualify opportunities via phone & email in order to provide qualified leads and schedule appointments for our Key Account Managers (KAMs).
2. Build effective external relationships and nurture leads until they are qualified opportunities for the sales pipeline through an online database, web inquiries, and marketing campaigns.
3. Ensure all qualified leads are effectively managed by proactively identifying issues to be addressed by the KAMs.
4. Demonstrate strong internal relationships with KAMs and other departments within the Division to achieve the above.
5. Produce weekly and monthly performance reports detailing the status of prospects and inquiries for senior leaders within the division.
6. Ensure accuracy and visibility of the status of the qualified sales pipeline and report any risk/variance to your line manager.
7. Build effective relationships with the wider Business Development team to ensure all opportunities within the sales pipeline are monitored and all outstanding actions are dealt with.
8. Ensure all inquiries are booked into our bespoke CRM system accurately and in a timely manner.
9. Manage and promote our monthly webinars through the Teams webinar platform.

7. Excellent organizational skills, multi-tasking within a fast-moving sales environment.
8. Demonstrate full understanding of the sales process and B2B buying cycle (essential).
9. Demonstrate advanced IT literacy within Microsoft Office and CRM database (essential).
10. Knowledge and understanding of the construction sector (desirable).
11. Knowledge of both private and affordable housing sectors (desirable).
