Please note: This role is contracted to 44 weeks per year.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.
2. Identifying opportunities to improve our food service.
3. Creating a positive kitchen environment where your team feel welcomed and supported.
4. Delivering our tasty food concepts to our customers.
5. Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image.
6. Ordering food, looking after stock control, and controlling food waste.
7. Overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards.
8. Managing budgets and successfully meeting financial targets.
9. Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
10. Complying with Health & Safety regulations.

1. Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent.
