You'll ideally have around 1-2 years of experience working on a service desk/IT Helpdesk already. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Building and configuring hardware
2. Responding to tickets
3. Logging incidents
4. Offering great customer service
5. Resolving issues in a busy environment while ensuring smooth operations in a 1st line capacity
From a technical perspective, you'll have knowledge of:
1. Active Directory
2. Microsoft 365
3. Laptop hardware and smartphone devices
4. Familiarity with laptop/desktop builds
