Sales Executive\n\nLocation: Northeast (Newcastle/Gateshead) Office base role with some UK based travel\n\nSalary: £25,500 per year OTE £47,500 - Quarterly company performance bonus\n\nHours: 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday, flexible between 8 am - 6 pm)\n\nHolidays: 25 days + bank holidays + your birthday off\n\nOur client believes that great design and outstanding customer service are at the heart of what they do. They are a small, friendly, and ambitious team, and are looking for a Sales Executive who will thrive in their culture of Care, Continuous Improvement, Integrity, Autonomy, and Boldness.\n\nJob Overview:\n\nThis role involves overseeing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation through cold out-reach and calling, evaluating leads, building relationships, and getting clients signed up to our client’s services.
They are seeking a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, someone who thrives in a sales and target-driven environment, with previous experience. You'll be determined, driven, and resilient. This office-based role will be a crucial client-facing position, becoming a key representative of the brand.
They are looking for a professional, enthusiastic, and confident people-person. You'll build strong relationships with clients, carry out their sales process, and ensure you are up to date with their requirements.\n\nRole Objective:\n\nDrive sales activity and generate required revenue, meeting KPIs. \nRepresent our client’s company, with a comprehensive understanding of their investment services and approach. \nGenerate client leads and build and nurture client relationships. \n\nResponsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:\n\nWorking closely with the General Manager to execute on sales activity across the business.\nMeeting or exceeding sales goals.\nGenerating and managing a pipeline of client sales leads.\nLead generation including connecting with prospects online, cold calling and cold online outreach. \nMakes sales appointments with clients. \nTesting and evaluating success of new campaigns and techniques.\nDemonstrates advanced knowledge of property, strategies and the company’s services.\nWorking with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns.\nPreparing weekly and monthly sales forecasts reports.\nBeing an ambassador of the brand, understanding and promoting the company and its services.\nMaintaining client records.\nAdheres to any and all company policies and procedures.\nDemonstrates advanced sales knowledge.\n\nSkills and Experience: You are excited to be part of a values led property company and small team but also motivated by personal ambition. You are flexible and learn quickly and have the ability to work on your own initiative.
