The Role
Our client is a fantastic, modern and growing marketing agency working with brands on performance-driven media strategies. They are hiring for a Senior Sales Executive to to focus on agency partnerships.
🚀 Key Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming inquiries from brands and agencies, ensuring quick follow-up and conversion
* Proactively reach out to potential agency partners to generate new business opportunities
* Build and nurture relationships with key agency stakeholders to drive long-term partnerships
* Confidently present and pitch solutions, negotiating contracts to secure high-value deals
* Oversee the entire sales process, from initial contact to final agreement
* Keep CRM systems updated with accurate sales data to track progress and forecasts
* Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and new digital platforms to refine sales strategies
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client success
* Identify and maximize opportunities to expand partnerships through additional services
* Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to grow connections and business leads
🌟 Required Skills and Qualifications
* At least 2 years of sales experience within influencer marketing, user generated content, or paid media
* A strong network of contacts within brands and agencies in the digital marketing space
* A proven history of exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals
* Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and long-term partnerships
* Experience working with marketing teams, media buyers, and agency decision-makers.
* Confident in presenting, negotiating, and securing deals with key stakeholders.
* Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms to manage sales pipelines

* Base salary of £40,000-£50,000
* Uncapped commission with an OTE of £80,000-£120,000
