JOB- Sales Executive
LOCATION- Stevenage (Hybrid role, reporting to Stevenage, covering the South of the UK)
TERM- Permanent
SALARY- Competitive, dependent on experience
Premier Engineering is seeking a Sales Executive to join a dynamic company based in Stevenage. This hybrid role involves managing and developing sales opportunities across the South of the UK, working with new and existing clients to drive business growth.
The Sales Executive will ideally have the following attributes:
* Experience in sales, business development, or account management
* Background in engineering, manufacturing, or technical sales (preferred)
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and travel as required
* Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
* A valid UK driving licence
The Sales Executive role will involve:
* Developing and managing a sales pipeline across the South of the UK
* Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
* Providing technical sales support and product recommendations
* Meeting and exceeding sales targets and business objectives
* Attending client meetings, trade shows, and industry events
* Preparing and presenting sales proposals and reports
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
