About the role:
* Efficiently manage your own inbound sales pipeline
* Fielding enquiries from prospective clients with efficiency
* Making calls to further qualify sales leads and pitch the Houst product
* Maintaining a high call to sign conversion rate
* Building your own outbound flow & comfortable cold calling
* Working with other teams to ensure smooth onboarding process
Requirements
* Proven experience with both inbound and outbound sales, preferably in a startup or SaaS environment.
* High level of communication skills; in person, on the phone and written.
* Naturally competitive
* Is excited about using new technology to transform an industry
* Sales or client-facing experience (required)
* Experience working with Close (CRM) would be an advantage
* Sales within the property industry would be an advantage but not required
* Willing to work the occasional Saturday mornings (on a rota within the team)
