Restaurant Supervisor - Live in available Full Time – 40 hours per week working 5 days over 7 Up to £26,000 per annum, plus service charge An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor at Swinton Estate. All dining experiences on the Swinton Estate embrace the very best seasonal produce from across the estate, from our four acre Walled Garden, regionally and locally. The Estate deer herd in the Parkland provides our venison; while our farm tenants provide us with beef and pork products – our chef’s foraging for seasonal, wild, edible ingredients from across the Estate. Candidates should be ambitious, enthusiastic and have a positive can do attitude, be able to communicate effectively give instructions in calm and polite manner and pay close attention to detail in order to provide excellent customer service.
