Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging Drama lessons to students in Primary and Secondary education levels
* Foster creativity, encourage self-expression, and develop students' confidence through drama techniques
* Collaborate with other staff members to develop and implement a well-rounded performing arts curriculum
* Assess and evaluate students' progress, providing constructive feedback and support
* Organize and direct school performances, showcasing students' talents and achievements
* Create a safe and inclusive learning environment, promoting equality and diversity
* Liaise with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on students' progress
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Drama or a related field
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Proven experience teaching Drama in a school setting
* Strong knowledge of drama pedagogy and contemporary performance practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Passion for drama education and the empowerment it can bring to students
* Ability to effectively manage a classroom and differentiate instruction to meet students' individual needs
