About the Role Our Thetford operation is a breaded/coated product centre of excellence. As a value added, non-kill site we have no live animals or butchery onsite. It uses best in class equipment, which enables the site to deliver significant environmental benefits. The low-energy building is the flagship development within the 2 Sisters Food Group. We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our team that involves managing a large team and driving significant change. This role requires a blend of Learning & Development (L&D) skills, management experience, and experience working in a large organisation. The site has a well-established training program, currently holding a gold standard in their training. Key Responsibilities Ensure the L&D team delivers all training from a compliance, technical and health and safety perspective. Oversee trainers to ensure audit readiness and compliance and ensure site trainers deliver shop floor training with up-to-date procedures and documents. Manage key relationships across the site, set priorities within all departments to support the L&D strategy. Drive a positive customer focused environment that people feel content and able to grow and develop to the best version of themselves. Create bespoke training programmes. About You You are a strong communicator and able to engage managers at all levels to ensure the site stays on track from an L&D perspective. You excel at training, coaching and instilling change, and you are adept at working in a fast-paced environment. You will also have experience of introducing change management/improvement projects in an L&D/Training function.
