Position Overview: We are delighted to be partnering with a leading financial services organisation who are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join their team as a Reward Manager. This pivotal role entails overseeing the organisation’s compensation and rewards programs. You will be instrumental in crafting and executing sales incentive schemes, shaping their Reward Strategy, managing relationships with senior stakeholders, collaborating with various business units, enhancing the Reward team’s brand, and pioneering innovative solutions that incorporate AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the annual reporting and disclosures for the team, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
* Aid in the preparation of materials for Remuneration Committee meetings.
* Facilitate the year-end bonus and pay review process, partnering with relevant stakeholders for precision and effectiveness.
* Lead the global mobility strategy for the organisation.
* Serve as a subject matter expert on bonus deferrals and Long-Term Incentive Plans (LTIPs).
* Contribute to the evolution and alignment of the overarching Reward Strategy with the company’s goals and values.
* Manage special Reward and HR projects as they arise.
* Collaborate with business units to provide expert guidance on job architecture, benefits, fleet management, job evaluations, and benchmarking.
* Cultivate the Reward team’s brand within the organisation through strategic communication and the delivery of valuable services.
* Foster innovation by devising and implementing creative approaches that leverage AI and emerging technologies.
Desired Experience:
* Proven track record in Reward management, compensation analysis, or similar roles, ideally in a corporate setting.
* Strong grasp of Reward principles, compensation frameworks, and compliance requirements.
* Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across diverse teams.
* Strong project management abilities, capable of juggling multiple priorities and deadlines.
* High degree of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.
* A proactive mindset with a commitment to making a positive impact.
* Experience in conducting salary surveys and pay equity analysis using appropriate tools and methodologies.
