We are currently looking for aSenior Group & Event Sales Executiveto further strengthen our reactive sales team for The Hoxton London.

Set across a series of lively, interesting city neighbourhoods, our London hotels are packed with individual design vibes; whether were reviving existing buildings or creating exciting new spaces.
What you'll do...
* Support the Head of GME Sales and GME Sales Manager with project work & executing ad-hoc improvements across the four London hotels.
* Handle our higher value and VIP bookings with ease, making sure repeat clients are acknowledged and super impressed with their booking experience.
* Prioritise developing client relationships & work to truly understand guest needs, while creating & taking opportunities to develop repeat business.
* Have a great understanding of our sales cycle, ensuring that we are yielding strategically to hit our budgets across the cluster.
* Having a strong understanding of the events inbox process and leading on the strategic qualifying and distribution of all enquiries.
* Maintain sound understanding of revenue performance and budget figures, directing business to weaker need periods.
* Build strong relationships & communication with other Hoxton teams, championing positive collaboration with multiple areas of the Business.
* Actively contribute to a positive team culture and lead by example on your organisational skills.
* Keep your thinking cap on at all times, get creative when problem solving & dont be afraid to challenge the norm we want your fresh ideas!
* Attend and play part in M&E revenue meetings presenting key updates.
* Develop great product knowledge and use this to win business while supporting the rest of the team in keeping up to date on all things Hoxton.
What we're looking for...
* Experience working within reactive sales in groups or events within hotels or venues or private members clubs.
* Hotel and/or Groups experience is advantage.
* Experience of using a hotel CRM system such as OPERA and/or Delphi would be an advantage.
* A people person, great at building strong and lasting relationships
* You enjoy working at a fast pace, know how to stay organised and get the details right.
* Youre looking for a challenge and a place where you can be you (no clones in suits here).
