Job Title: Sous Chef
Salary: £26,500 – £30,000 per annum
Hours Per Week: 40 hours

About the Role: We are partnering with a fantastic hotel located in Lincoln City Centre, offering a stable 40-hour workweek and a focus on serving fresh food to a high standard. This opportunity is ideal for Sous Chefs seeking more consistency in their schedules.
The Hotel & restaurant operates with a more balanced schedule, being closed for evening service on Sundays, and closed Lunch & Dinner on Mondays and Tuesdays, allowing you to enjoy set days off regularly.
As the Sous Chef, you will be instrumental in the daily operations, working closely with the newly appointed Head Chef. We are looking for someone who has a strong background in fresh food, a passion for beautifully presented dishes, and a desire to be part of a positive and collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities:
8. Assist in the daily kitchen operations.
9. Support the Head Chef in menu development and kitchen management.
10. Maintain high standards of food presentation and cleanliness.
11. Ensure consistency in food quality and service.
12. Contribute to a positive work environment.
