Who? The Regional Sales Executive UK is a confident support for the Regional Sales team and is a dynamic point of contact between customers and hotels. What? You will utilise sales research, prospecting client facing techniques, and administrative tasks, to maximise revenue and build customer loyalty. Youll also provide marketing support to the hotels and the central marketing team. Where? Glasgow - Courtyard by Marriott SEC, Moxy SEC and Moxy Merchant City. Your role Evaluate, qualify, and respond to sales leads, and arrange appointments for the Regional Sales team Whip up the contracts to finalise sales transactions Join-in on Sales and Marketing projects, executing activities that support the direction of your hotels Create sales presentations, injecting your personality and Moxy culture. Jump on sales calls to engage with prospective and current clients Provide sales program/event coordination, reporting support, and/or general administrative support, as needed. Manage a little black book of tele-sales accounts Research and identify new leads Support marketing with content creation and digital tasks as well as marketing campaigns Get stuck-in with pre-opening hotel tasks Provide support for the Group reservations team Support the wider UK Sales Team & Properties when required Maintaining business goals Establish and maintain complete and up-to-date lead response information Generate and organise sales reports using multiple data systems Language requirements: Business proficient English Profile Expected Contributions Check accuracy of documents and data for sharing Express yourself, but be clear in written and verbal communications Have a positive, open mind, and approach all tasks this way Display creativity and innovation to identify opportunities to improve processes that will enhance team productivity and business results Gain the confidence and trust of others through consistent demonstration of authenticity and ethical standards Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information Skills Top Communication ability A whizz at Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel (got to love those spreadsheets), Word (the best for proposals), PowerPoint (your presentations pop) and Outlook (you use all the tools).
