Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef at Tom's Lyme Regis. The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in food preparation, menu planning, and maintaining kitchen sanitation standards. This role requires culinary expertise and the ability to work closely with kitchen staff to ensure high-quality dishes for patrons.
Qualifications
* Culinary skills, Food Preparation, and Menu Planning skills
* Kitchen Sanitation and Food Safety knowledge
* Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
* Ability to collaborate with kitchen staff and follow instructions
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Previous experience as a Sous Chef or relevant culinary role
* Culinary degree or certification is a plus
