YOUR JOB
1. Hands-on in the kitchen / reporting to Director of Operations
2. 6 month opportunity: Become a Manager with full responsibility for all aspects of on-site operations
3. 18-24 months opportunity: Area Manager, multiple locations
4. You assume full responsibility for the customer journey
5. You show a burning desire to deliver a consistent customer experience, also during peak hours
6. In consultation with the Director of Operations: You train and manage the kitchen staff
ESSENTIALS
1. Proven hospitality store/restaurant management experience
2. Driving licence
3. Good command of the English language
