Job Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations during service.
Essential Qualifications:
* Formal culinary education from a recognized institution.
* Valid food safety certification and knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Desired Experience:
* Proven experience in a similar head chef or senior role within a restaurant or catering environment.
* Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team.
* Experience in menu creation and cost control.
Salary & Benefits:
Annual salary ranges from £40,000 to £50,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
