We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Executive to join our dynamic team!
This exciting opportunity is focused on selling prescription eye drops for corneal/glaucoma issues, primarily in the ophthalmic pharmaceutical market.
The Role of the Regional Sales Executive
* As the new Regional Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing business relationships and identifying opportunities to grow our presence in the market.
* You will work closely with our internal stakeholders to develop strategic plans and execute sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue expansion.
* Your success will be measured by your ability to meet or exceed sales targets, build strong relationships with customers and partners, and contribute to the overall success of our team.
* In addition, you will have the opportunity to work on a mix of new and existing business, providing a challenging and rewarding experience for a driven professional like yourself.
Requirements and Qualifications
* A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in the ophthalmic segment.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strong relationships with customers and partners.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
What We Offer
* A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
