JobDescription:
Were looking for aFirst or Second Level Technical Support person with a strong andpassionate interest in technology and customer service to join oursupport team under our group brands including Catalyst2 UKDedicatedand GURU.
Bringing your cPanel WordPress andLinux skills youll be a valued part of a 5star rated supportexperience assisting our wonderful customers.
Inthe performance of your duties you will be expected to use yourbest endeavours to always promote and maintain the interests andreputation of the Company.
This role is eithercompletely remote (UKbased) or working from one of our HemelHempstead Worcester or Readingoffices.
Keyresponsibilities:
* Providing support to our customers using email/ticketslive chat and telephone.
* Handling servicemonitoring alerts.
* Assisting other teams withtechnical tasks system administration and serviceprovisioning.
Skills& Experience:
* Web hosting skills with cPanel and WHM.
* A history of working with WordPress.
* Good understanding of a broad spectrum of internettechnologies from Domains & DNS to SMTP.
* Experience administrating Linux using CLI.
* Strong troubleshootingskills.

* Excellent spoken and written English.
* Customer service driven with commercialawareness.

* Resilient& confident with the ability to problem solve.

* CloudLinux
* Plesk
* Windowsserver and IIS administration
* PHP or similarlanguage
* Magentoadministration
Workinghours:
Please note this is a parttime role 3 days a week total 21 hours a week.
Required working days and hours: Monday toWednesday 9 am 4 pm or Friday to Sunday 9 am 4pm
Training:
You will be givencomplete training andsupport.

At any stage please beprepared to provide proof of eligibility to work in theUK.
