Salary:£40,000 base salary, plus a share of the service charge
Hours:Base of 40 hours per week, with the possibility of up to 48 hours per week during the high season. This will be a 5-day working week.

Relocate to the beautiful Isle of Man with an accommodation and relocation package provided.
About Us:
We are embarking on an exciting journey to establish a brand-new dining destination, offering a refined and modern dining experience. With a strong focus on quality, creativity, and precision, we aim to deliver food that is not only visually stunning but full of flavour. Achieving a two AA Rosette standard is our goal from the outset, and we need an experienced Sous Chef to help make this vision a reality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in managing the kitchen team and ensuring the smooth running of all kitchen operations.
* Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to the highest standards.
* Support the Head Chef in menu development and daily operations.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment.
* Oversee the training and development of junior kitchen staff.
* Help ensure that food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met.
What Were Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-end kitchen, ideally with Rosette or Michelin experience.
* Passion for food, creativity, and a commitment to excellence.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Ability to remain calm and organised under pressure.
* A desire to be part of a team working towards a shared goal of achieving two AA Rosettes.
* A proactive and professional approach to all aspects of kitchen life.
