Junior Sous Chef - 3AA Rosette Restaurant - South Wales - £47K pkg - £37K + £10K tronc - 4 day week + relocation assistance + personal & friends and family rooms & F&B discounts.
I am currently recruiting for a small, growing restaurant and hotel chain looking for a talented and experienced Junior Sous / Snr CDP to join a strong brigade of 8 for their multi AA rosette restaurant based in the stunning South Wales countryside.
The successful Jnr Sous will have experience at Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef level in 2/3AA+ rosette level restaurants or 5* hotel dining operations and supervisory experience within a midsize kitchen team.
In this instance, applicants must have access to personal transport and full eligibility to live and work in the UK.
