About Us
DealerWay is an innovative new app that enhances the car buying and selling experience for traders. As we kick off this exciting journey, we're looking for a dynamic person to join our team. Your role will be a mix of administrative work and customer outreach. To start, you'll primarily be calling customers to check in on how they’re getting on with the DealerWay app, offering help and support as needed.
The ideal candidate will have some motor trade experience, be hard working, self-motivated and be able to work on their own to submit and execute day-to-day tasks. The job would suit someone looking for a role in a growing, fast-paced, friendly and entrepreneurial environment. Full training and support will be given.
What We’re Looking For

* Strong communication skills: Confidently handle phone and email enquiries, maintaining a friendly and professional tone.
* Is reliable, organized, and ready to take initiative
* Has great customer service skills and a positive attitude
* Customer-focused mindset: Enjoy interacting with customers and resolving their issues promptly and professionally.
* IT literacy: Able to use Sage, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook for basic office tasks (e.g., creating letters, updating spreadsheets).
Your Role
* Making outbound calls to DealerWay customers to ensure they’re happy with the app
* Assisting customers with any questions or issues they may have
* Performing light admin duties to help keep things running smoothly
* Customer support: Offer guidance and assistance to customers throughout the purchasing and selling process, ensuring they have a smooth experience.
* Coordinate advertisements: Approve and manage online vehicle listings to ensure accuracy.
* Provide exceptional customer service: Handle inbound customer enquiries through phone and email in a professional and timely manner. Assist customers with questions regarding our vehicles, services, and policies.

Experience and Education
* GCSE's or equivalent (required)
* Experience in office admin within the motor trade (preferred)
* Office experience: 1 year (preferred)
* Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
