I am looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join a very reputable organisation in Heywood.
Working alongside the HR team and the Finance Director, your main responsibilities will be:
1. Managing day-to-day HR operations following in line with the company policies.
2. Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Supporting employees and management with any concerns.
4. Assisting with staff onboarding and offboarding.
5. Supporting the business with any changes in law in conjunction with our external HR legal advisors.
6. Supporting managers with conduct or performance triggers and assisting in identifying and implementing training needs.
Ideally, you will have:
1. CIPD Level 5
2. TUPE experience
This is a full-time role - office-based 5 days a week.
