Role Description
This is a contract Sous Chef role at The Avenue Hotel located in Blackburn. The Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, managing food preparation, assisting in menu planning, and maintaining kitchen sanitation standards. You will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure high-quality dishes are consistently delivered to guests.

* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

* Strong communication and organizational skills

* Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
