Job Opportunity: Learning & Development Manager | Hotel Brand | London
Are you a passionate L&D professional with a flair for creating impactful learning experiences? We’re looking for a dynamic Learning & Development Manager to join an exciting hotel brand based in London.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for curating and driving innovative learning solutions for hotel teams, helping to shape and embed a strong learning culture within the organization. You’ll act as an ambassador for the L&D division, delivering engaging and effective programs that support both individual and team development. Collaborating closely with the central HR team, you’ll also influence and help implement centrally managed L&D programs as part of the wider people plan.
Key Responsibilities:
* Curate and drive the delivery of engaging and impactful L&D solutions for hotel teams.
* Act as an ambassador for the L&D division both internally and externally.
* Collaborate with the central HR team to shape and embed L&D programs in line with the group’s people plan.
* Foster a continuous learning culture that drives employee engagement and performance.
This is a full-time officer based role and will be a mix of hands-on delivery and setting long-term strategy.
