We are seeking a Remote Customer Support Specialist to work remotely for a company based in London.
Salary & Terms
* Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
* Occasional weekend and evening shifts to accommodate international customers
* Salary between £28,000 - £33,000 a year depending on experience
Role & Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, and phone, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
* Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
* Create and update customer support documentation and knowledge base articles.
* Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and ensure their satisfaction.
* Meet or exceed key performance indicators, including response times and customer satisfaction metrics.
Minimum Requirements
* Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
