Join Our Team as an Inside Sales Executive – Full 360° Sales Experience Required! (Remote)

About the Role:
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our customer acquisition and revenue growth efforts. You’ll be responsible for the entire sales cycle—from generating leads to closing deals—so having a full 360° sales experience is essential. In this role, you’ll be working remotely with a high level of autonomy, while collaborating closely with our clients, sales team, and country managers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Proactively source new sales opportunities through outbound channels, including cold calling, targeted emails, and LinkedIn messaging.
2. Consistently track and manage all Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) with precision and follow-through.
3. Be confident and ready to engage in cold calling as a primary outreach method.
4. Assess and establish client needs to effectively position solutions that meet their requirements.
5. Drive revenue by closing sales and meeting or exceeding monthly quotas.
6. Conduct thorough research on target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate initial interest.
7. Expand and manage a robust database of prospects within your assigned territory to sustain a healthy pipeline.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to strategize, build pipeline momentum, and close deals efficiently.
9. Conduct impactful online demos for prospects, showcasing product value and relevance.
10. Present and validate the ROI of our solutions to prospects to build stronger interest and trust.
11. Build and maintain strong client relationships with outstanding interpersonal and rapport-building skills.
12. Leverage prospecting platforms effectively, including LinkedIn, CRM tools, and other sales technologies.
13. Be open to working 2-3 late shifts to align with client needs or team collaboration across time zones.

Requirements:
1. 3+ years of sales experience in the SaaS industry
2. Proven experience in managing and closing multi-stakeholder deals
3. Familiarity with sales methodologies such as SPIN, MEDDPIC, Challenger, or similar
4. Skilled in delivering engaging and persuasive online product demonstrations
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with prospects at all levels
Benefits:
1. £42000 - £47,000 per annum plus commission
