Our client is a rapidly growing PE backed ERP provider with a strong reputation in their markets as the go-to system of choice. They are looking to leverage this reputation and begin to aggressively grow their UK & EMEA market share. With a strong marketing team supporting the sales function and a world GTM strategy, they are set up in the best way to achieve their results.
Double OTE on offer with very realistic targets in place to overachieve on this; they want their salespeople to be motivated by targets and not see them as a constant sprint to the finish line.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, target, and engage potential clients in the UK market.
* Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through lead generation, networking, and direct outreach.
* Present and demonstrate ERP and SaaS solutions to key decision-makers, addressing client challenges and illustrating the value proposition.
* Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and needs assessment to negotiation and closing.
* Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and technical) to ensure client needs are met.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
* Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
About You
* Proven track record in sales, with a focus on ERP or SaaS solutions within the UK market.
* Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to align solutions with client needs.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
* Results-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to exceed targets.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience working with CRM systems and sales tools.
* A strong network of contacts within the UK market is highly desirable.
Base up to £80,000 depending on experience and scale of customers previously targeted.
Fully remote roles with no office requirement.
Double OTE with no cap on commission.
