Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, target, and engage with potential clients across a variety of industries to generate new business opportunities.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring the achievement of individual and team sales targets.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at all levels to understand their needs and position the company’s products and services as valuable solutions.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the company’s software solutions and industry trends to effectively communicate the benefits and value proposition to potential clients.
• Presentations & Demos: Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the company’s solutions in line with their business needs.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activity in the CRM system, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-ups with prospects and leads.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination to maximize sales opportunities.
• Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and manage the closing process, ensuring a smooth transition to the customer success team post-sale.
Key Requirements:
• Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within the software or technology sector.
• Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. A consultative approach to sales and a strong ability to build relationships.
• Target-Driven: Ability to work towards and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a self-starter attitude and a results-oriented mindset.
