What we would like:
1. Experience gained within Selling into the Automotive Refinish, Crash Repair or Automotive Body Shops / Accident Repair industry. (tools & consumables)
2. Previous Field Sales experience operating as in Technical Sales, Territory Sales, Area Sales Management or field based Sales Representative .
3. We would also be highly interested in technically competent individuals, with a strong desire and the right attitude to sell and face customers.
4. Strong PC skills in Microsoft applications covering Word, Excel and Powerpoint is vital.
5. Tenacious with an infectious personality and the ability to build strong relationships quickly.
6. Excellent communicator, smart in appearance, industrious and creative nature.
7. Organised and disciplined approach towards meeting preparation.
8. Logical thinker, able to think on the spot and recognise business opportunities.
9. Ability to pick up technical products and understand workshop process and culture.
10. Can do, will do ATTITUDE and strong work ethic.
