The Role
As a Sales Executive, you'll be representing a leading vehicle franchise, responsible for showcasing both new and used cars using the client's structured and proven sales process. Your role will combine a passion for the automotive industry with a strong focus on relationship building, customer satisfaction, and hitting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Selling new and used vehicles using an established sales framework
2. Managing the full sales cycle from initial enquiry to vehicle handover
3. Proactively prospecting and following up with new and existing customers
4. Maintaining the showroom and vehicle displays to brand standards
5. Delivering exceptional service to every customer, every time
What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from candidates who:
1. Have previous sales experience, ideally within the motor trade
2. Are customer-focused with a genuine passion for helping people
3. Are self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work weekends as needed
4. Hold a full UK driving licence
5. Share values of integrity, accountability, care, performance, and respect
