Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, including orientation and training coordination. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through engagement initiatives HR Compliance Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Performance Management Support managers in conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.
