Our client, a well-established an international distributor, is looking to recruit an ambitious, articulate, and efficient National Sales Executive to ensure a high standard of customer service and build long-term relationships with clients and maximize company profits. Reporting to the Sales Manager, responsibilities will include: Create and develop programs for national sales and ensure its implementation. Ensure the successful achievement of the company’s sales goals across all its regions Ensure sales volume is at its maximum, maintaining product mix, and selling price Oversee company’s sales performance at regional levels Develop effective sales strategy and ensure its timely implementation Keep updated with demand and supply of company’s products/services, economic indicators, changing trends and its competitors Discipline employees when necessary Establish personal networks across all regions Preparing timely sales forecasts and reports Participate in market strategy building by providing useful information from sales activities As a successful candidate you will have experience within a B2B sales role and a background within either printing, promotional or advertising sectors would be desirable. The ability to demonstrate excellent sales and negotiation skills are essential with the expertise to create innovative and creative sales tactics,a corporate outlook and professional telephone manner are also a requirement. A good understanding of IT processes, CRM systems and experience with digital campaigns or marketing platforms/services and a business degree or similar qualification could be beneficial.
