A small prestigious international bank is seeking a hands-on manager for its retail banking operations area.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing a team, processing all retail banking & cashiering for the London branch and providing customer services support to RMs regarding HNWI & private banking.
* Processing payments and treasury settlements.
* Ensuring CDD/EDD is updated.
Your experience must include:
* Extensive proven and relevant retail banking/SWIFT payments/customer services experience gained in banking.
* Strong proven staff management skills.
* Excellent communication/presentation skills gained in front line customer services.
* Able to work well under pressure, show initiative, and possess good problem-solving skills.
Please note this role will be working 5 days a week in the London office.
