Purpose of the role
As a Talent Acquisition Manager based in Manchester, you will support NPG's strategic objectives by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent. Co-Founder/Managing Director, you will collaborate on our recruitment strategy, ensuring it aligns with organisational goals and culture. Leveraging your expertise in candidate sourcing and assessment, you will help build a diverse and high-performing team to drive our company forward. Your contributions will be instrumental in our growth and success within a competitive market.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
* Source candidates through various channels, including online platforms such as LinkedIn, social media, and networking events.
* Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
* Manage job postings, applicant tracking, and candidate pipelines using our recruitment system.
* Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and universities, to support our talent acquisition efforts.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment processes.
Requirements
* Certification in recruitment (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) is highly advantageous.
* Proven track record in talent acquisition or similar roles, preferably in the property industry.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (desirable).
* Demonstrated proficiency in recruitment techniques, including strategy, sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
* Exceptional organisational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, software and online platforms for candidate sourcing and tracking.
