Key responsibilities
1. To ensure that food preparation, production and service is of a high standard and meets with customer satisfaction.
• To keep within company standards regarding the quality, quantity, consistency, presentation and delivery of all meals/dishes.
• To deputise duty kitchen staff in the absence of the Head Chef/Chef Manager.
• To ensure food offer is produced within necessary cost controls, as directed by the Chef/ Manager.
• To work within departmental control systems and practices including the monitoring and recording of temperatures of refrigerators, freezers, hot cabinets/serveries in compliance with current regulations and quality control systems.
